It appears I may be making my debut as a blogger, something I've thought about doing for a while.
Blogging has been kind of imposed upon me, however, as part of a very exciting new project I may becoming involved in. I can't really say yet what it is till it's definite.
Anyhows, if you are interested, I'm a freelance journalist and writer (former national newspaper gossip column editor). In my spare time I try and do a bit of stand up comedy, though Michael McIntyre's Roadshow isn't beckoning - I'm more likely to be playing in a dingy room above a pub. I also collect vintage clothing (Marilyn Monroe/Mad Men era is my favourite). I've lived in Brighton for many years but am originally from Bolton and a proud Northerner. That's all for now.
